Russia phone cards

You can transfer balances between phone cards at any time with just a few clicks. 

Note that you can transfer the money remaining on one of your existing phone cards to another phone card that you've purchased.  You can also transfer your balance to a new card, i.e., buy a phone card with your existing balance.
