No hidden connection fees and charges.  All phone cards with one exception (the Lucky Minutes) have no connection fees.

There is no connection fee on all but one phone card offered on Russia Cards. A connection fee is charged when a call is completed, i.e. when the person you are calling answers the phone.

The only phone card that charges a very minimal 18 cent fee is the Lucky Minutes phone card. Even that is only charged on calls over 1 minute. There is only one connection fee per call using the Lucky Minutes. All the other cards do not have any connection fees.
