No hidden connection connection fees. Our phone cards with the exception of one card have no connection fees.
All phone cards offered on Russia Cards do not have connection fee with the exception of the Lucky Minutes phone card. The Lucky Minutes compensates this extra (though very minimal) cost by offering some of the lowest rates.
Typically a connection fee is charged when a phone connection is completed (when someone answers the phone number you are calling.)
