Russia Cards provides you with a means to pay securely for the phone cards using credit and debit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All of your credit card information remains private and is never made available to us.  We use an outside payment system provided by the leader in online payments VeriSign for all the credit card transactions.  VeriSign simply notifies us of the successful payment, no other data is transmitted. We also accept PayPa as a payment for phone cardsl.

Payment Security

We undestand your concerns about using a credit card to make online purchase of a phone card.  You may use your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card knowing that your transaction is secure. At no point do we have any access to your private information contained on your credit card.  It is simply transmitted to VeriSign that processes the payment and notifies us when it is completed.  The process takes only seconds.  Your data remains safe and secure.

Pay for a phone card without a credit card

If you'd rather not use a credit card at all, Russia Cards will gladly accept payment with PayPal.  As with the credit card payments, no personal payment information is transmitted to us.  We simply receive a confirmation from PayPal that your payment has been made.  Just a reminder, with PayPal you also have an option of not using any credit card at all.

2. Payment Services by VeriSign.
3. Click Trustwave to validate compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) mandated by all the major credit card associations.
4. Click on the lock symbol to view certificate.
5. PayPal button takes you to an alternate payment system if you wish.
